      T-Shirt Project

Each class designs a T-shirt to mark their participation at the TALL Texans Institute. The project provides opportunities to practice the leadership skills learned in class - vision, planning, team building, personal persuasion, conflict negotiation, etc. (we have seen every possible form of government arise in this endeavor). TLA staff will provide information on available colors and pricing.

Past designs from TALL Texans classes may be seen here.

Personal Action Agenda - Learning does not stop at the end of the Institute. Each participant will have two years to complete two projects for their institution. One is somewhat predefined, the other is very open to creative interpretation.

Photo Album

Each class traditionally assembles a photo album or scrapbook to record their experiences. Scrapbook supplies are available if class members want to construct a physical volume. In recent years, most classes have opted for a digital scrapbook created online so that everyone has the option to buy a print copy. Purchase of the scrapbook is never required.
