Use this form to describe the content of the paper you propose to present at conference.

If your paper is accepted for presentation, you will be required to register for the conference. Registration rates will be available in January of 2012.

Near the end of this form, you will be asked to submit an abstract of approximately 150 words. We suggest that you prepare this in advance and have the text document open so that you can cut and paste your abstract into the form field.
