FALL MTG District 1
Our theme this year is PreK-16 Education and Librarianship, and we have a two speakers, a school librarian and an academic librarian, reflecting on aspects of this issue. The Meeting will be held at the San Angelo Visitor Center overlooking the Concho River.
You will find the tentative schedule below, but I also wanted to pass on that not only is the Meeting free (Did I mention FREE?), but we will have a limited number of $25 gift cards that we will distribute to the primary drivers/pilots/captains/astronauts that travel the farthest to attend. We will also be giving $15 gift cards to up to ten individuals who attend the Meeting who have not attended previously.
We will have early morning edibles for those of you who need to refresh yourselves with caffeine and/or sugar upon arriving. At 9:00 AM our meeting will begin and speakers will finish presentations by approximately noon. Since the meeting is FREE we will not be having an on-site luncheon, but those unspent funds could then be applied to our Dutch-Treat meal at the Sealy Flats Diner in downtown San Angelo.
