Speakers include:
- Russlene Waukechon, TexShare Database Coordinator, Texas State Library & Archives Commission, will speak on using the TexShare database for research.
- V. M. von-Maszewski, Genealogy and Local History Librarian, Fort Bend Public Library, will speak on doing international genealogy research.
- Marje Harris, Manager of the Clayton Genealogy Library, Houston, Texas, will speak on tracing your Anglo-Texan ancestors.
- Rolando Romo, Manager of Archives, Special and Texas Collections, Houston Public Library, will discuss Hispanic genealogy research.
- Bill Page, Texas A & M University, will talk on African-American genealogical research.
Cost: $40 for TLA members and $55 for non-TLA members. Registration deadline: 3 March 2003.
Refreshments will be served. Librarians and the general public welcomed!
