KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Spencer Yantis,
Vice-Chancellor for Advancement,
University of Houston
Spencer Yantis was deeply involved
in the capital campaign for the UH library as well as in the fundraising
effort to build the Special Collections Library at Texas Tech
University. Among other roles at Texas Tech, he served as the
development officer for the Health Sciences Center.
Following his
remarks, representatives of the three TCAL constituent groups --
Dana Rooks (University of Houston), Julie Todaro (Austin
Community College), and James Piccininni (University of St.
Thomas) -- will respond with their experiences and perspectives.
