Library Partnerships Committee

Committee History:

The Library Partnerships Committee was established as an ad hoc committee, but is now a standing committee.  The current Chair is Janis Test.

Committee Charge:

• The purpose of this committee is to foster greater cooperation among libraries of various types and non-library partners, including but not limited to non-profit organizations, government agencies, museums, historical organizations, and corporations.
• The Committee shall promote traditional and non-traditional partnerships and resource sharing and identify and publicize funding opportunities for cooperative ventures.
• Identify or provide training and educational opportunities on partnership formation and maintenance.
