District 3 Conference Stipend

At the Fall 2011 Meeting, two $300 stipends were created to assist District 3 members in attending the TLA Annual Conference. Each stipend is for an outstanding librarian, paraprofessional, LIS student, volunteer, or lay advocate that can demonstrate financial need to attend the 2012 TLA Annual Conference.

Please print and complete the application form and send to Constance Matheny, Chair of the Stipend Committee, at the address below. Other members of the District 3 Stipend Committee include Carlyn Gray of Round Rock ISD and Patricia Brauer of Round Rock Public Library.

Requirements:
     Be a member in good standing of TLA District Three
     Attend the District Meeting at the 2012 TLA Conference
     Attend the District 3 Fall Meeting in 2012
     Write an essay about one's experiences at the 2012 TLA Conference
