Minutes

Attendees:  Evelyn Brass, Chair, Jill Mason, Gary Ives, Jeanne Harrell, Martha Knott, Teri Oparanozie, Janice Long, Jeff Coyle, Judy Johnston, Katy Hadn, Paulina Harper, Susan Andrews, Linda Waggoner, Dennis Gibbons

• Election results were announced.  Gary Ives is chair-elect and Jeanne Harrell is incoming secretary/treasurer. 
• Possible program topics for next year were discussed including e-books or ERMs.  The program must be set up by July.
• The revised bylaws were reviewed and a motion was made and passed to accept them.
• This year’s program:  E-Journals:  How Stable are They? was attended by 75 people.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
