April 14 - 17		 Use this form to describe the content of the paper you propose to present at conference.

DEADLINE: 12 midnight CDT, Saturday, October 31, 2009. 


If your paper is accepted for presentation, you will be required to register for the conference.  Registration rates will be available in January of 2010.

Near the end of this form, you will be asked to submit an abstract of approximately 150 words. We suggest that you prepare this in advance and have the text document open so that you can cut and paste your abstract into the form field.

Paper presentations may be recorded by the conference recording service.  Please indicate your willingness to have your presentation recorded (will have no impact on proposal consideration).

Option Two: I wish to present a paper but do not want the presentation to be recorded.

Conference Registration is required if your paper is accepted.
