Mentor Program

The TLA GODORT Mentor Program seeks to assist documents librarians by pairing an experienced person with one relatively new to the profession. Mentor pairs are encouraged to define their own relationships and goals. It may be specific (help with bibliographic instruction, processing documents, depository promotion, etc.) or simply general moral support.
