GovDocs Support TEKS

Plan to attend the GODORT program GovDocs Support TEKS! on Wednesday, 26 April 2006, from 10:15-11:50 a.m., during the 2006 TLA Annual Conference in Houston.

The panelists will be Coby N. Condrey, Coordinator, Texas State Publications Depository Program, Texas State Library and Archives Commission; Leah B. Rosson, Central High School, San Angelo Independent School District; and Cherry Fuller, Coordinator, Library & Instructional Media Services, Education Service Center Region XI, TEA. They will discuss how government publications can be used to fulfill curricular requirements of TEKS.

The program is applicable not only to school librarians, but to any librarians that help patrons locate materials for the TEKS.
