Conditions of Grant Acceptance

Recipients will be asked to sign an acceptance statement agreeing to all of the following conditions:

Recipient will confirm in writing to the Chair of the TLA/NMRT/Quality Books Inc. Professional Development Grant Committee that he/she will attend the TLA Annual Conference for the year the grant is received.
Recipient will provide confirmation in writing to the Chair of the Committee from his/her employer indicating the Recipient has approval to accept this grant and to meet the requirements of conference attendance.
Recipient will agree to write a brief article about the TLA Annual Conference for the TLA NMRT Newsletter.
Recipient will agree to attend certain conference-related functions as requested in advance by the Chair of the Committee.
If Recipient is unable to complete the terms of this grant, he/she must notify the Chair of the Committee and return any funds received under this grant.
