I.	The meeting was called to order by Don Buchwald, chair

II.	Introduction of officars:

	Bill Hord, Vice Chair/Chair elect
	Lynne Hambric, Secretary/Treasurer
	Mary Ann Higdon, Counselor
	Karen Hendrick, Alternate Counselor
	Jane Clausen, Steven Wright, Doloras Bentke,
	Nominating Committee

	New Officers for 93/94

	Bill Hord, Chair
	Richard Dickey, Vice/Chair/Chair elect
	Terri Miller, Secretary/Treasurer
	Jane Clausen, Joyce Hopkins, Bob Kelley,
	Nominating Committee

III.	Minutes of the April 9, 1992 meeting were read and approved.

IV.	Treasurer's report 

	Balance on hand $3,434.27.

V.	The Lois Bebout Service Award was presented to

	Jean Furr Tolbert, retired reference librarian, 
	Baylor University.

VI.	New Business

	There was none.

VII.	Old Business

	Texas Reference Sources   A final draft will be ready for 
	review by the Executive Board at Annual Assembly in July.  
	Walter Bell is still accepting new sources to be 
	included.  There are approximately 56 subject editors and 
	reviewers for this edition.  Some are the same ones that 
	have worked on the earlier editions.  Several have been 
	working with this project since it begain in 1972.

VIII.	The Business meeting adjourned at l0:20 AM.
