RRT Program at TLA ‘98

We have an exciting program planned for TLA ’98 in San Antonio. Our program, entitled, “Conncecting with our Patrons: Communicating Reference Services in the Digital Library,” will be presented by Dr. T. J. Lusher, Assistant Director for Automated Library Systems, Northern Illinois University, and will take place on Friday, April 3, 1998 from Noon until 1:50 p.m.

As the digital library evolves, the ways we deliver reference service are shifting. Today we are connecting globally and communicating with our patrons within and outside the library in new ways. Join Dr. Lusher as she takes a look at a possible future for reference service in the emerging digital library. Our RRT Business Meeting will immediately follow the program.
