Officers for the 1997/1998 year were introduced at the Business Meeting of the Reference Round Table at the Texas Library Association Annual Conference held in Fort Worth in April. Jeanne Pyle will serve as Chair. Ron Glass is Vice-Chair/Chair Elect, and as such, will head up the 1998 Conference Program Committee. Marian Jackson is Secretary/Treasurer, and Fran Ebbers was elected to a three-year term as Councilor. Patricia Switzer is the Alternate. Nominating Committee members are Susan Beck, Karen Nichols and Denise Landry-Hyde. Our thanks to everyone who cast a ballot.
