The title alone requires investigation, and to one's surprise, it comes from children arguing over belongings ("Is not...Is too!"), but the real fun of the book revolves about the amusing antics of two young kittens named Toby and Kikki. Told from their cat's eye view, the house, sofa, trinkets, and human behavior become objects of misunderstanding.
