New TLA Executive Board officers are nominated by the current board and then selected in a yearly general election by the membership.  Executive Board Elections are held in February.

The TLA Bylaws contain the specifics of officer terms and responsibilities and of election procedures. The Bylaws also explain the configuration of the TLA Council.

Members may request copies of Executive Board meeting minutes from the TLA Office.
