You may submit your application for membership in the Texas Library Association through either the online or print option; however, please do not submit your application more than once as you may be charged twice. For best results, use Internet Explorer for all online forms.

If you want to mail your application with a check, money order, or credit card payment (or fax with credit card information), click the link above to download a .PDF version of our membership form.

You will need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to use this option. Click the icon on the left to download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, which will enable you to view and print the application.
