| TLA's organizational structure is designed to be flexible in order to respond to changing member interests and needs. Unit officers and members of divisions, round tables, interest groups, and districts -- as well as members of TLA committees and task forces -- carry out the organization's ambitious programs. TLA facilitates communications within its groups by managing distribution lists available through the Members-Only Section. Lists of unit and committee membership may be obtained in this area.
