Other Issues I. Telecommunications Discounts: Texas provides telecommunications discounts for libraries and institutions of education. These discounts were enacted in 1995, and some of these discounts will expire on Jan. 1, 2012. Please have a technology director in your library complete our telecom survey to help us gather data about the benefit of this state program. Telecom Discount Survey (PDF version) provides instructions and shows data to be gathered. |
