Join the Texas Library Association for Annual Assembly in Austin, TX from July 6-9 at the Hyatt Regency (208 Barton Springs Rd), and immerse yourself in two singular opportunities with fellow librarians statewide. ALL ASSEMBLY LUNCHEON
TLA President Ling Hwey Jeng invites you to join her and legendary Texas novelist Sarah Bird for a Dutch-treat lunch. Always a crowd-pleaser, Bird is a critically-acclaimed and bestselling author, an activist, and a strong library champion and friend. Ticket price is $36 and preregistration is required for this ticketed event.

Guests will participate in the preparation of a delicious southwest dinner with the expert guidance of Executive Chef Ted Hill and Banquet Chef Juan Tovar of the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The Chefs will share their insider tips and tricks, and answer all of your burning culinary questions. Tickets are $55 per person.

Fajita Spiced Braised Short Rib with Southwest Green Chili Mashed Potato and Roasted Calabacitas - Chef Hill and Chef Tovar will demonstrate the entrée
