Each of these groups is represented in the TLA Council which meets twice at Annual Conference and Annual Assembly. Meetings are open to all members. TLA Membership includes membership in one Division and one Round Table or Interest Group.

The Board selects and supervises the Executive Director. TLA Staff is led by Executive Director.
