    Plates with history of each flag. Excludes flags designed for or intended to represent the state or a political entity of Texas and those identified with units, garrisons, or vessels of war. Six of the ten flags were designed by wives or sweethearts of the soldiers involved. Two of the flags still exist: the San Jacinto Flag and the Flag of the New Orleans Grays.
