Long-term Care Regulatory (LTCR), a program within the Dept. of Human Services, supplies current information about provider facilities for the elderly in Texas. Using Quality Reporting System (QRS), searching options include county, city, area code, or zip code. Specific information can be found for individual long-term care providers. Licensing requirements, regulations governing the provider facilities from the Texas code and Texas administrative code, and inspection data determining compliance with state and federal standards are also available. Provider facilities include nursing homes, convalescent centers, assisted-living facilities, adult day care centers, and homes and institutions for the mentally retarded. The program also serves agencies that provide licensed home health services, home dialysis, hospice services, and personal assistance services.

Course manual produced for law enforcement officers dealing with sexual assault.
