The Senior Leadership program will offer advanced leadership training to library administrators who are seeking to direct large library institutions within five years.

 

The year-long program will incorporate distance learning in addition to a face-to-face seminar.

 

The guidelines for the program were established by the Senior Leadership Task Force under TLA President Dana Rooks.
