Wednesday • April 20, 2016
10:30 am to 2:00 pm • Hilton Hotel • Houston

Librarians are encouraged to recommend their school administrators and trustees to attend this important conference. Invite them personally and, hopefully, get a commitment at that time. Complete the online recommendation form. If an email confirmation of the information submitted is not received within 48 hours of the recommendation submission, please contact Kasey Hyde.
The 2016 SLSS program is now full.

Official recommendations to administrators will be sent from TLA beginning mid-January. No administrators will be turned down; so if the recommended timeframe is not sufficient, nominations will be accepted through the end of March

Administrators will be responsible for their own transportation and expenses, but will receive a free registration for SLSS Conference and for the Texas Library Association Annual Conference, April 19 - 22 at the George R Brown Convention Center. Events and activities of special interest on that Wednesday include the opening general session and the extensive TLA exhibit hall.
